What is Part Exchange?

Part exchange is a convenient method to trade in yourcurrent vehicle when buying a new one. Instead of selling your car separately, the dealership directly offsets its value against the price of the car you’re looking to purchase.

Most online based companies require you to then take your car to their premises, which is where some customers experience the dark side of the process.
